SAB provides an objective, high-level lens to validate the institute’s research direction and ensure its projects remain at the global forefront of quantum and astronomical science. By leveraging their international networks and expertise, board members facilitate strategic partnerships and help secure global grants, bridging the gap between local initiatives and the international scientific community.

DAB serves as the strategic and administrative backbone of the Institute, focusing on organizational sustainability and the "Social License to Operate." Its primary role is to secure the necessary resources—including diverse funding streams from venture capital and government grants—while navigating the legal and policy frameworks required for land acquisition and institutional growth. By managing high-level relationships with local authorities and ensuring that infrastructure projects, such as the observatory, are developed in harmony with the environment, the DAB transforms scientific vision into a viable, long-term reality.
Community Engagement Board
Chair
Nguyễn Thị Thu Trang
CEB serves as the vital link between the Institute’s technical research and the public, focusing on science communication, community integration, and operational support. By managing outreach programs and providing the human capital needed to execute large-scale events like international summer schools and hackathons, this board democratizes complex knowledge and builds a supportive local ecosystem. Ultimately, the Volunteer Board ensures that the Institute's scientific milestones translate into social value, inspiring the next generation of thinkers and maintaining strong communal ties.
